I won’t mind if their was a Spectre that I could get that was of the leader of the syndicate that was like 100,000 reputation and was only available if the player could achieve an almost impossible feat, like going 50 waves in T4 Defense.

The weapon mod for the Hek make it a powerful gun now, but it can still be out-classed by other guns that are just superior without the mod. I am also looking forward to bigger and higher risk rewards in the future for syndicates as well because I feel like it will make it more of an end game attraction. Yes the Spectres need to be unique and different, but they also need to support the style of what they represent and be related to the syndicates. For the Perrin Sequence, we could have a Corpus Crewman with a Lanka that can also spawn an Osprey. I would prefer that the syndicates receives some kind of syndicate unique unit that could be as simple as the Steel Meridian having a Spectre of a light-armor Grineer Seeker in black and orange colors with the symbol on his shoulder and instead of little rollers, he uses bigger rollers in combat. The point is that the Spectre options are not good for all syndicates, and in some cases, the options don’t even make sense for the syndicate in question. But we are kind of going away from our topic so let’s wrap this up. I’m just an Excalibur that’s painted in my syndicate colors with the Grineer armor attachments on and a black and orange Hek that kills EVERYTHING (Not really, but it two shots most things). Unfortunately at this moment, I cannot say that I feel like a Protector in the Steel Meridian. It should be what that syndicate is about and experience it creates by being a part of it. The Arbiters of Hexis have the best rewards, but that shouldn’t dedicate why we choose a syndicate. I understand that we have to make them unique and different from each other, but the balance in options is the reason why the Perrin Sequence is not getting any love compared to the other syndicates. Unless they are talking about the corruption in the void, they make no sense, but we don’t know what they’re talking about because we really don’t know who they are as a group, especially now that we know they are darker than we thought they were in the beginning.
The same goes for the Red Veil because they are all about “cleansing the corruption”, and they use Chargers. Unfortunately, none of these are clear or present, so It doesn’t make sense. I say this because the explanation would be something along the lines of the Loka being able to control the Infested, the Infested being linked to Earth somehow, or the Loka are actually Infested. This is also not the only reason I am wondering this because it makes no sense that they have Infested mobs and they are all about the Earth. I am wondering why the New Loka have an Infested Ancient Eximus that can tank and heal me. So why is this a problem, and why does it seem that I’m not just targeting one, but all Spectres? The truth is that I am confused on why the Arbiters of Hexis have a Corrupted Lancer Eximus with far more damage and way more capability, while I get this. At lower levels it can live long in a Defense and a Survival mission, but as soon as 10 minutes hits or wave 15 comes around, you might as well not spawn another one. The Roller Spectre is also a Leech Eximus, it makes sense seeing how it could last longer in fighters after taking damage, but this doesn’t ignore the fact that it can still get completely destroyed in every way, shape, and form.
So why do I hate it? Well let’s take a look. I mean I was begging for something like this to happen.
The Weapon mod….Oh my god…the damage is real, but the Spectres….well let’s get into it. But I also decided to not go for Rank 5 in the Steel Meridian and instead use the standing I had to buy my weapon mod for my Hek and some roller Spectres. It works, and that’s what matters in the end. Now the things I want to get out the way are that I am surprisingly enjoying the new amounts of reputation that I am able to gain with the new way the systems is working, but it is mostly nothing to get too excited about.
